I can’t say enough about thanks for Mr. Garry Davis, the attorney, who had successfully
helped in our family immigration case.
In May of 2005, my husband and I were suffering in the situation of my immigration
status adjustment that caused me to leave United States before the date of May 23 of
2005 in complying with the final order of USCIS court. We were so disappointed when
seeking help from many lawyers around Dallas area that either the fee was unaffordable
or they rejected our case.
A friend of mine referred Mr. Garry Davis to us. Within 3 years of processing of my case,
Mr. Davis had accomplished the whole process, and I successfully got my immigrant
visa and came back in the country.
In this process, Firstly, I was pregnant when I left the USA in May 2005. Mr. Davis has done
a marvelous job helping my son who was born in China to obtain US citizenship. Secondly,
my 13-year-old China-born daughter received her immigrant visa in July of 2007.
Thirdly, upon the rejection of my visa from the China Consular officer, he reviewed
all the documents and letters with explanation prepared by Mr. Davis and said that we
have hired a very good attorney and granted me the immigrant visa. The last greatest
thing is my daughter and I were granted US Citizenship in Sept 2011.
